Technical description
KBL20YDD/35YDD include scroll compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, sight glass, drier, electromagnetic valve, pressure valve, inverter and control system etc. The vehicle high voltage battery power is transferred into voltage suitable for scroll compressor by inverter. The fans, blowers and control system are powered by vehicle low voltage DC battery.
The scroll compressor is integrated with condenser, which is streamline design. Ultra-thin design is applied for evaporator. Both casings are made of fiberglass.
The scroll compressor voltage is 220V AC/3/50Hz or 380V AC/3/50Hz (KBL35YDD only). Fan, blower and control system voltage is 12V DC or 24V DC.
Environmental friendly R404A refrigerant is applied, high EER and energy saving.
KBL20YDD/35YDD are suitable for 6~13m3/ 16~22m3cold chamber, with temperature range of -18~15℃.
The condenser and compressor is roof mounted, while the evaporator is inside mounted.
