Technical description
KBL35YD/40YD include scroll compressor, condenser, evaporator, expansion valve, sight glass, drier, electromagnetic valve, pressure valve, inverter and control system etc. The vehicle high voltage battery power is transferred into voltage suitable for scroll compressor by inverter. The fans, blowers and control system are powered by vehicle low voltage DC battery.
The scroll compressor is integrated with condenser, which is streamline design. Ultra-thin design is applied for evaporator. Both casings are made of fiberglass.
The scroll compressor voltage is 220V AC/3/50Hz or 380V AC/3/50Hz. Fan, blower and control system voltage is 12V DC or 24V DC.
Environmental friendly R404A refrigerant is applied, high EER and energy saving.
KBL35YD/40YD are suitable for 16~22m3/ 18~22m3cold chamber, with temperature range of -18~15℃.
The condenser and compressor is front mounted, while the evaporator is inside mounted.
Note: Dimension and installation openings are the same for KBL35YD and KBL40YD. The difference lies in technical specifications.
